Dennis Jaffe, PhD
Dennis Jaffe, PhD is the author of Borrowed from Your Grandchildren. For 35 years, Dennis was a Professor of Organizational Systems and Psychology at Saybrook University in San Francisco, where he is now Professor Emeritus. Dennis is a Senior Research Fellow at Banyan Global Family Business Advisors. He received his PhD in Sociology from Yale University.

Dave Specht
Dave Specht is the Senior Fellow at the Drucker School Global Family Business Institute. He is the author of The Family Business Whisperer and regularly speaks on topics surrounding multi-generational family business issues and the complexities of financial success. His professional mission is to Preserve Families and Perpetuate Businesses.
